It occurs to me\u00a0that this kind of directive, backed by the clout of financial &#8216;re-engineering&#8217; to the educational institutions in the province is simply to ensure that the &#8216;correctly skilled labour force&#8217; will be the bait to hook\u00a0the LNG investment and industry to choose BC.<\/p>\n<p>Whereas, to truly build an economy, an educated, resilient, entrepreneurial citizenry can adapt to change, generate economic activity, and reduce the need for government intervention.
