Reading The Plan, I cannot help but think that our provincial government’s ‘core review’ of the public post-secondary institutions, a process that is not yet over, was only a ruse. It occurs to me that this kind of directive, backed by the clout of financial ‘re-engineering’ to the educational institutions in the province is simply to ensure that the ‘correctly skilled labour force’ will be the bait to hook the LNG investment and industry to choose BC.
